Pet and Plant Day



Elizabeth is making her magical tree.

Zebong The Storyteller

Zebong told us a funny story about his Grandad and Mark was chosen to be the shark in the story.He knew exactly what to do!

In this story Mr Emms was the horse that Mr K wanted to steal  so he could marry Mrs Ashton. It was such a crack up!



Later in the day Ronald MacDonald surprised us with a visit. He came to talk to us about keeping safe on the road.

Dress Up Day

So many different characters came to school on Friday.
We had a lot of fun.

                                                                        

Even Santa came to visit us in Room 2.

Celebrating 100 Days

We celebrated 100 days of learning with lots of crazy games and these colourful hats.

Breakfast at School

We all went to the hall to eat our healthy breakfasts.
It was hard to put the milk onto our cereal but it all tasted yummy.
Then we had to learn how to fold the little milk containers.
Now we know to drink it dry ,fold it flat and send it back.

Jaxon and Shaun love their cereals.

It was a bit messy  pouring  the milk.

Elizabeth landed lots of counters on the lilypads.



Shakia and Makayla had bags of goodies to eat.

Friday was such a great day.
All of our year 8 students organised a fundraising day for Nixon.
We had great games to play, spooky places to visit,treasure hunts,balloon popping ,fishing games and lots of lollies to eat.

Lavinia tried very hard to pop the balloons.

Sabriye loves her sherbert.

Paige wondered what else she would see in the scary corridor.

Flynn, Jaxon ,Morgan and Isabella were happily waiting for their turn

Kindy Visit

Last week the children from Newcastle Kindy visited us and we showed them our folk dances.
Then we danced with them.
